Introducing our EASYLIVING™ Plans .. Part 2

We are back this week with our next two EASYLIVING™ enhancements that have been incorporated into the designs of Legacy Homes .

3.     The Great Room is Integrated allowing comfortable entertaining, dining, and socializing within one spacious location. Homeowners tend to entertain less formally and with a hectic schedule, want to spend quality time with family whenever possible. An open floor plan provides a space that is welcoming and relaxing, and allows everyone to gather in the same space with ease!

4.     Comfortable, Casual Living Areas replace traditional formal spaces.  With a large café area and an expanded kitchen island, there is plenty of comfortable seating for family dinners and entertaining friends.  With elegant 5” hand-scraped wood floors, the café can double as formal and casual dining and is large enough to easily accommodate a 10 person table.  Add in an extra seating at the island, and you’ve got one central place for everyone to gather!
