Currently having our Legacy Home built and Silas Brown is such a great representative of this company for the neighborhood. He has been extremely responsive with any and all questions we had throughout the process. Silas is constantly on top of everything and keeps you up to date on the process of your new build. Highly recommend Legacy Homes over any other new build due to being able to actually pick your lot, house plan, and design of home. We have talked to other home builds near us and we were not able to do any of those.

I recently purchased a new construction from Legacy Homes. The entire process from putting in an offer to closing and beyond has been completed with ease. David Ali has gone above and beyond in assisting throughout the process. While moving in, we noticed a water leak in the front yard. Since everything was in boxes and I was unsure what to do, I reached out to David. He took it upon himself to not only advise me on the process to resolve the issue, but he also stopped by the house to see for himself what was going on in the yard. Additionally, he contacted the builder the following Monday to stop by our home to check on the issue. The builder promptly came by and quickly fixed everything. Legacy Homes are far exceeded my expectations. While I do not anticipate needing a home in the future because I am incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and service, I will only look at a home by Legacy if the need ever arises. Their customer service is unbeatable.

Chris Flamm was a dream to work with as the on site agent. I appreciated knowing what day he would be calling with an update after his builder meeting - and he ALWAYS called or texted pictures to pass along to my clients. Chris made an effort to get to know my clients as well, not just write a contract and move on to the next. While excellent customer service is easy, it’s a road that’s not always traveled. In late January my wife and I went to an open house at the Boardwalk community in Athens. We arrived about 10 mins before it was scheduled to close. Now granted, I wasn’t expecting much, but I could not BELIEVE how the agent (Katie Eubanks) treated me and my family!

She took us around the model home, and then she suggested we walk over to see another. After about 10 minutes Katie had us hooked like a fish. She was patient, professional, polite... I can’t say enough good about our experience with her. I think she would’ve stayed and answered questions until 10pm if we had enough to ask. She treated our kids as if they were her nieces. When we asked our girls which house they liked better their response was, “We like Ms. Katie!”. If they weren’t two broke little kids they would’ve bought a house from Katie that night.

I coach & analyze service professionals for a living, and in my expert opinion, Katie delivers a near perfect customer experience. Not to mention, her follow up game is impeccable. If it were up to me, she’d be our realtor, babysitter, and insurance agent. I hope my realtor doesn’t read this.

My family and I are currently living in Louisiana but will be relocating to AL in the near future. A few weeks ago we went house shopping with hopes of nailing down a floor plan and builder for our next home. We ran across Legacy via Zillow but failed to request a showing through our realtor. After a scheduled showing with our realtor we ran across a Legacy sign and remembered we were interested in taking a look at their homes. We followed the signs in Athens, AL and ran across the Boardwalk community. The signs said open house today. It was 5:45 p.m., and the open house was scheduled to stop at 6:00 p.m. . My husband decided to run in to take a look at the model home. It is than he met Katie who insisted on our entire family coming in to take a look. We were BLOWN away by Katie’s level of professionalism. She went over and beyond to answer ALL of our questions. She took us to view a different floor plan, and explained all the awesome options Legacy offers. We’ve decided Legacy is our builders, and I must admit that Katie played a major role in our decision to move forward with Legacy. We visited a different Legacy community in Meridianville, AL, and that agent was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Both Legacy experiences made my entire family feel like we found our next home. Although we won’t be landing in Katie’s development, she played a major role in helping us. We’re on the look out for the Harvest community and can’t wait until pre-sales start.

Just closed on our new home and we are very pleased with the product. David Ali was very helpful, available for any and all of our questions, while always keeping us up to date during the process. The builders met with us multiple times to go over everything and were always willing to work with us. Overall great experience.
