Introducing our EASYLIVING™ Plans .. Part 1

Our homes are built and designed for the way you live.  We call them EASYLIVING™ plans.  The plans are functional, spacious, and comfortable while maintaining a sense of beauty and craftsmanship.

Over the next few weeks, we will highlight 10 different enhancements that have been incorporated into the designs of Legacy Homes.  Today, we’ll cover the first 2.

1. Improve Everyday Living by putting more square footage where people want it most.  Our open concept plans are spacious and we’ve intentionally dedicated more square footage to the Kitchen, Café, and Great Room.  We give functional space in these rooms because that’s where everyone spends the most time.  Cooking, eating, family time, and entertaining are all done here…everyday!

2. Kitchen Islands are expanded to become the focal point of where you gather by increasing room for seating and food preparation. The Kitchen is the heart of your home, and a well-designed island offers a place for people to congregate.  Whether it is homework time or they pitch in to help make dinner, the island is a great place for kids to feel part of the action and be in close eye view.  The extra seating can act as informal dining for the kids or it can act as additional seating when entertaining.  Having access to family or guests is always an advantage when cooking and preparing meals.  The extra cabinet storage is a bonus!
