Our Featured Floor Plan – The Franklin!!

We’re underway in Heritage Brook! Our model home (The Franklin) will be completed in time for the 2014 Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association’s 28th annual Spring Tour of Homes in April.

The Franklin features an Adirondack elevation with stained cedar columns, shutters and decorative roof trusses.  This elevation is a natural fit for the treed lots and gently rolling topography of Heritage Brook. When added to the raised home foundations, Heritage Brook offers an established neighborhood feel with brand new homes.

Inside, the Franklin will boast a huge open family/kitchen/dining area that will accommodate any size family event or holiday gathering. The oversized Gourmet Chef’s kitchen granite island will sit above a vast landscape of 5″ hand-scraped hardwood flooring covering the entire open entertainment area.
