We are back this week with our next two EASYLIVING™ enhancements that have been incorporated into the designs of Legacy Homes .

5. Tremendous Flexibility for Customization is available with Flex Rooms, bonus rooms, convertible storage space and more. Our home designs incorporate a ‘flex room’ that can be used as formal dining, study or craft room, that allows your family to choose what they would like to do with the space to fit their everyday needs.  Many of our floorplans also feature large bonus room options for a kid’s room, game room, media room… anything you can think of!

6. Built-in Drop Zones enhance organization for keys, backpacks, coats, and more. We have three Drop Zone options; a Desk, Cubby, or a Desk/Cubby Combo, but no matter which you choose each is a great way to eliminate clutter throughout your home with a great stop and drop location for your things when you get home!
