Heritage Brook Model Home

Come on down! Our Heritage Brook model home (The Franklin Plan) is progressing nicely. Even with the unusual snow and ice over the past few weeks we’re on track for completion in just a few weeks. Last week we poured the front and back covered porches, installed cabinets and appliances and started to put in the light fixtures.

You certainly can walk the plan now and get a real feel for the open concept EASYLIVING™ plans.  The plans are functional, spacious, and comfortable while maintaining a sense of beauty and craftsmanship. We’re getting high marks for the huge granite kitchen island that eliminated the dated tall counter/bar top in older style homes and allows everyone in the living area to be included in the conversations.

In addition to the gourmet kitchen: featuring a gas cook top, stainless vented hood, built in microwave/oven and Aristokraft Cabinetry; the model also showcases the upgraded master spa bath. The flex room is converted to a gorgeous formal dining room with a butler’s pantry, trey ceiling, chandelier and decorative shadow box trim.
