Featured Floorplan…. The Monroe!

We have started our next home in Heritage Brook!  The Monroe ranch floor plan will be ready to move in around the end of May! Our Monroe floor plan is a total of 2,480 Sq. Ft.

The Monroe will feature a large great room that is open to the kitchen area, perfect for family gatherings.  A wood burning fireplace with a stone surround will be a featured accent in the great room.  The gourmet kitchen will feature beautiful white cabinetry, a huge granite food prep island, royal white granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The chef in the family will love the built in oven, gas cook top and stainless steel vented hood!

The dining room option has replaced the flex room in this Monroe plan.  It will feature a trey ceiling, an elegant chandelier, chair rail and shadow box trim.
