Announcing Legacy Homes’ Best In Business Award Eight Years Running

For the eighth year in a row, Legacy Homes has received the 2023 Best In Business Award. The Best in Business Award Association gives this prestigious accolade to recipients who demonstrate integrity, exceptional quality, and good customer experience. 

Though, we couldn’t have achieved this renown without our loyal customers. Consumers participate in a local market survey where they nominate their favorite businesses that they feel are worthy of such an award. The results are then compiled, and the BBB begins its extensive selection process. 

John Gaylor from the Best In Business Award commented on the process, stating how selecting recipients for their award is a time consuming and thorough procedure. Nominees must have a positive track record with the BBB, must complete an assessment interview, and must have a positive reputation in their community— the latter being the most heavily weighted. 

Legacy Homes is the only home builder in North Alabama who has received this distinction, making it an even more incredible honor for the team. “Teamwork is truly at the core of our achievements, and our goals could not have been accomplished without the partnership of our outstanding local Realtor community, subcontractors, building suppliers, and Partner Lender,” noted Jeff Korotky, Division President.
